| 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM | How to Respond to a Hospice Addiitional Development Request This course is designed to give providers an understanding of the progressive corrective action (PCA) process. Providers will gain knowledge on preparing documents to send in response to a hospice additional development request (ADR).
