1:00 PM - 2:30 PM	Hospice Benefit Eligibility and Election Requirements The objective of this event is to give providers a basic understanding of the Medicare hospice program, including the eligibility and election requirements. Discussion will include review of the basic requirements for entitlement, certification, election, and revocation. We will also discuss how the Veteran’s Administration, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), Medicare Advantage organizations (MAO), and stays in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) affect the Medicare hospice benefit. 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM	How to Respond to a Hospice Addiitional Development Request This course is designed to give providers an understanding of the progressive corrective action (PCA) process. Providers will gain knowledge on preparing documents to send in response to a hospice additional development request (ADR).
